Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of this website and the ordering of services from ARGOCLOUD Sp. z o.o., Kwiatu Paproci 5/5, 02-765 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001181507, NIP 5214123381, REGON 542135275. Our services are addressed primarily to businesses (B2B).
2. Orders
Information on the website is an invitation to enter into negotiations (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code). A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing or by e-mail, specifying scope, price and deadline.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are given in EUR and net (excluding VAT). PLN prices are indicative, converted at a fixed rate; the binding amount is stated on the invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. We do not accept cash payments.
4. Performance of services
We perform services with professional diligence. The client provides access to the site, data and personnel needed to perform the service.
5. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to contact@argocloud.pl within 14 days of performance. We respond within 14 days.
6. Liability
Our liability towards business clients is limited to the value of the given order, except for damage caused intentionally. Lost profits are excluded.
7. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for our registered office. Consumers retain all rights under mandatory consumer law.
